What is the shipping and processing policy?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after the first 24 hours of placing your order. Order confirmation will be sent immediately, while tracking information will be sent upon shipment.
Marquis Masque is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN or MISSING packages. Marquis Masque is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the postal service that have not been received. It is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal service regarding their order with their tracking information. .

What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of the product Marquis Masque does not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
